The ITAC-CME supports the development and knowledge translation of evidence based clinical practice guidelines for the treatment and prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in cancer patients through an appointed international steering committee and an international advisory board. The last update of the ITAC clinical practice guidelines was published in Lancet Oncology on September 5, 2019. These clinical practice guidelines are available through a workable mobile app which can be downloaded for free in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian in any iOS (iTunes App Store) or Android (Google Play) devices. This app constitutes a practical step-by-step guide to assist clinicians to deliver optimal management of CAT at the point of care.
